Front of House
Finally got a good picture of the front of the house. You can see they have the temporary roofs on the bays on the dining room and library. Eventually they will get a metal roof. Right now they are just covered in tar paper. |

Drywall
Great room from the master bedroom door toward the kitchen. |
Cooktop Vent
They had to take off some drywall to install the vent for the cooktop hood vent. In the background you can see the soffit that will be over the built-in oven cabinet. That also had to be fixed. It wasn't wide enough. |

They covered part of the deck railing to create a privacy fence. The sections to the right will also be covered. The hot tub will eventually sit in that corner. |

Drywall
They had to cut an opening into the lower attic so they could put in the kitchen cooktop vent. |
Drywall
Look down the stairs. You can see how they added the wall to the outside of the steps. The oak treads of the stairs will cover the gap. |
Drywall
The flare out at the bottom of the stairs. |
Lower door way
They had to add some framing to the master bedroom hall doorway so that it would be the height of a normal door. Had to do that because the built in shelves in the great room go over the door. For some reason the framing crew originally made the door 9 feet tall. |
Drywall
The game room from the far corner toward the stairs. |
Drywall
The theater media room with all our wire. |
Drywall
The theater. They had to take the drywall back off the ceiling because they had not put the insulation in yet. It is insulated for sound not heat. |

The garage. |

Drywall
We have foot prints on the ceiling. How did some one walk on the 18 foot ceiling! :) |
Window Seat
The window seat they installed in the guest room. They had to put it in to have somewhere to run the cooktop vent. |
Drywall
Attic access to the main attic. This is in the guest room. |
Drywall
From the guest room looking out the door into the hall. You can see the linen closet straight across the hall. |
Drywall
Looking into the guest bath from the hall. The guest bedroom is through the other door. This is another room that is hard to get a picture of. |
Transom Windows
The glass for the master bedroom and sun room door transoms has finally arrived. They are in cardboard in the garage (blue arrows). |
Electric Line
Electric company has staked out where the electric line will run from the tranformer to the house. |
Deck
View of the deck from the ravine. Took this to show off the nice facia covering around the edge of the deck. |
Well Location
The company that will drill the well has marked where they think it should go (blue arrow). Looks good to us. |
Cooktop Vent
They ended up putting a vent on the roof for the cooktop vent. Nice vent. And its in the back of the house. |
