They have delivered the tongue and grove OSB for the first floor decking. There is also some 1/2" regular OSB. Not sure what that is for yet.

Sill Plate

Took this because I noticed how they hooked the sill plate to the steel beam. They put a nail in the side of the plate then bent it down over the beam edge.
