Garage Floor

Even more pea fill! They have raised the garage floor up to the correct height for them to pour the finished floor.

They also filled in the side porch foundation.

They are getting ready to pour the basement slab. You can see they dug out around one of the pier mounts. Don't know if they will do that to all of them or not.

You can also see the plastic sheets they will put under the slab as a vapor barrier.

They did move the sump pit so it will now be out of the way of the theater door.

Reinforcing

The reinforcing, probably for the garage floor. Don't know if they will put reinforcing in the basement slab.

They have also set the forms for the footings for the front porch.

The basement and garage floors are now poured! Amazingly they poured them today and by 5:30PM when we drove out there they were already walking around on them.

Got quite a ledge there. They will have to add a fair amount of fill to bring the driveway up to the same level.
