Roof Sheathing

Garage roof is all sheathed now. Had to take this picture from under the tree because it was beginning to rain.

Roof Sheathing

They have started creating the special roof detail that is on the front corners of the house. If you look back at the pictures in the "More Plans and Elevation Drawing" section, you can see on the elevation picture how this will turn out. Looks sort of weird right now.

Roof Sheathing

Other side of the garage from the front. Taken while hurrying into the house out of the rain.

Roof Sheathing

This is in the bonus room hall. This is how the north side the roof turned out from the inside. This is the complex part they were having problems with last Friday.

Roof Sheathing

Same thing as last picture except from the outside. I had to lean out of the garage and hold the camera at arms-length to get this. As you can see it turned out perfect. All three roof sections come to a point at exactly the right spot.

Roof Sheathing

Inside the bonus room now that its sheathed. Looks like a barn!

Roof Sheathing

Here you can see how the framing of the bonus room hall turned out. Much better! It will have a full height (8') flat ceiling.

Roof Sheathing

Another picture of the bonus room hall. You can see the short framed wall that they started to do, then they added the rest on once they got the roof fixed. The horizontal board is what the ceiling will actually be attached to.

Roof Sheathing

A look at the nook roof, which is now also sheathed, from the window of the guest bedroom.

Roof Sheathing

The rain let up a bit so I could take this picture of the outside back of the garage roof.

Roof Sheathing

Nook roof from the outside back. You can also see they have sheathed the wall behind it.
